Please note that pre-registration for all games closes 2 weeks prior to the event.

Calamity events have several out of play elements. For information on those, check out our page on Events in Brief. Make sure to register for your Volunteer shift as well. And if you'd just like to come out and give us a hand, send in an NPC Registration.

Pre-Registration for most 3-day events is $80, which includes parking. Shorter or longer events will have different pricing, dependent upon venue. These prices will be announced when the events are scheduled. Rule of 3 offers some discounts, depending on your circumstances:

  • Active Military Personnel and/or College students receive a $15 discount for all games.
  • Please be aware, you may be asked to provide verification of certain discount statuses on-site, so let’s all be ladies and gents, and be honest johns from the get-go. These discounts are not cumulative and can be changed at any time as the game’s needs dictate.
  • Additional discounts may be added as the game continues.

Special Circumstances

  • We recognize that our players sometimes deal with economic struggles and that at times we have players who simply can’t afford to attend or can’t afford to pay full price. If you are in the position to donate a little extra, you can do on the Donations page. Our Mistress of Pre-Registration will keep track of donations as well as players in need. Please note, all donations will be kept anonymous as will all recipients.
  • If you pay for, but cannot or choose not to attend any event, you may still submit a checkout form and receive full build for that event. If preferred, you may also push your registration to a later event.
  • If you intend to be a Full Time NPC for any of our events, you can let us know by submitting an NPC Registration form. If you’re not sure if you want to commit to a PC yet, but still want to try out the game, this is a great way to do it, and also to help out staff! Plus, it’s free!
